“rising out of the mist”
The Cliffs of Moher is one of those places that seems to change almost every minute. Weather moves rapidly in Ireland. You can be standing beneath a clear sky, when quite rapidly the cliffs are obscured by dense blue mist. The ocean and sky merge. Then the mist recedes and the cliffs seem to rise out of it.
Painting is sealed with varnish and signed on back.
